Volant (formerly International Aero Interiors) has been involved in the refurbishment and reconfiguration of aircraft interiors for some 21 years. Our certifcations include FAA (IQNR108K), EASA.145.4573 and AS9100.  Employing in the region of 100 personnel with a turnover in the range of $10-15 million we have a proven track record on providing top quality service and performance to our customers. We support a variety of organizations including; Leasing Companies, Airlines, MRO Facilities, Completion Centers and Engineering Firms. We tailor our services to enhance their capabilities. Over 100,000 square foot facility incorporating composite fabrication, CNC machine center, sheet metal fabrication, interior repair, painting and decorative lamination in conjunction with our large inventory and position as a Boeing Licensee, we excel at producing high quality interior components in support of the maintenance and reconfiguration of commercial aircraft. The staff turnover rate on average is 2% per annum with the average length of employment currently standing at over 9 years. The inherent loyalty between management and staff provides the company with a strong base from which to operate. Volant operates on a flexible basis supplementing a core team of dedicated employees with additional staff to support larger projects when required.
