ROSA is an independent public institution, established 1995, with the Mission:
- to coordinate the national space research and applications programs
- to promote space development
- to be the Government representative in the international space cooperation
- to develop specific project oriented research
ROSA is the horizontal manager of space, aerospace and security R&D activities in Romania
