  An aluminium foundry, specializing in the manufacture of high pressure die casting, sand casting and gravity die casting.
• Vostermans Tooling and Prototyping B.V.
  Manufacturer of moulds, prototypes, patterns, dies and models for foundries, the plastic industry and the design world.

As manufacturer of the worldwide known Multifan and EMI fans, the modular control system Mf-Net and the Mf-Flex motors, Vostermans Ventilation is able to offer complete solutions. Products with a constantly high quality level, well known throughout more than 70 countries. Fans with a wide application field, especially for industrial application. Because the Mf-Flex motors can be supplied with various shaft lengths and a large number of different fixing possibilities, many applications are possible. As Vostermans Ventilation also supplies an extensive impeller program, we can offer the perfect motor-impeller combination as per customer’s specification.

Our motors also meet CE standards and fulfill the international specifications of approved institutes such as CSA and UL. Vostermans Alu Foundries is an aluminium foundry, specializing in the manufacture of aluminium pressure die casting, sand casting and gravity die casting, such as parts for electric motors, office furniture and general appliances. Our sand casting foundry has a sophisticated automatic moulding machine on which simple castings as well as highly complicated castings can be produced. The aluminium sand casting process we use is pre-eminently suitable for either single piece casting or quantity production.

Pressure die casting is a technique, whereby liquid aluminium is injected at high speed, under high pressure in a steel die. Our high pressure casting machines (with closure pressures of 3.500 kN up to 16.000 kN) are equipped with casting and spraying robots and electric ovens for heating.

Vostermans Tooling and Prototyping is manufacturer of moulds and also pattern shop for foundries, prototypes and manually operated models for the plastic industry and the design world. Vostermans Tooling and Prototyping also produces patterns, dies and measuring dies for a.o. the polyester and vacuum moulding industry and other applications. As pattern shop, Vostermans Tooling and Prototyping guarantee high quality and accurate service. Vostermans Tooling and Prototyping shows know-how in patterns which guarantee a perfect production of single pieces as well as of automatized series production.
