In addition to thermal cutting armour by laser or flame process, We can waterjetcut to a thickness of 200mm to eliminate any HAZ . We have experience of machining hi-hard armour up to a brinell hardness of 600 HBW. With CNC press braking equipment with 640 tonnes of pressure Mayflower can bend and level armour steel to demanding design requirements.
