Proceco manufactures a wide range of heavy-duty aqueous parts washers and degreasers such as turntable power spray cabinets, in line parts washers, precision cleaning systems, and automated immersion systems. Also offering NDT systems such as Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI, LPI) and blue etch integrated lines. Specialized in custom design.
Using a hot aqueous solution, Proceco's machines remove oils, grease, debris from aircraft and motor-vehicle components in MRO and manufacturing applications. Specialized cleaning machinery for aircraft wheels, landing gear, engines, etc. Options such as anodizing, ultrasonics, robotic can be added to customize systems. Since 1975, Proceco has supplied more than 6700 systems in 35 countries.
