Although a young company, CymSTAR has a depth of business and engineering experience and understanding that belies its six plus years of existence. Its core staff has worked together for over 13 years and has developed highly effective management and engineering methodologies, which have allowed the team to deliver “ALL” eighty (80) plus of its programs for the US military and seven (7) new devices for US commercial Airlines, on-time or ahead of schedule. Twenty-five (25) of these programs were performed directly by CymSTAR in the last six plus years. Five of these programs have had zero DRs at acceptance.
The CymSTAR team has delivered “ALL” eighty (80) plus of its programs to the US military and seven (7) new devices for US commercial Airlines, on budget, on-time or ahead of schedule over the last thirteen (13) Years. Five of these programs had ZERO DRs at initial Acceptance, and none of these programs have any open DRs today.
CymSTAR achieved this record by a consistent approach of applying a highly refined Systems Engineering methodology to each program and tailoring it to each programs contract requirements. We employ significant up-front engineering on programs and aggressively use early prototyping of high and some medium high risk items. By aggressively resolving these risk items early on, we ensure on time or early delivery of our programs. This has resulted in our unparalleled success of having delivered all of our “80” plus programs, over the last thirteen years, on time or ahead of schedule.
