Jeco Plastic Products is an ISO 9001-2000 rotational molder and pressure former of thermoplastic standard and custom pallets and containers. These products are used for both Work in Process and Aftermarket applications. Jeco is a Veteran Owned Small Business (VSOB), with ITAR registration and Orca certification.
The products are characterized by very large size (up to 4 meters), high strength (15 Metric Tons+), high impact resistance, high tolerance (+-2mm at 1.7 meters), and high quality requirements. Significant savings can be made in preventing product damage and rework, reduced container cost, increased service life (20+ years), weight reduction, ergonomic improvements and environmental requirements.
Jeco has extensive engineering resources including internal test facilities and FEA capabilities. Manuacturing equipment is new and state of the art. Sales and technical support personnel are worldwide, with a broad varietly of internal language capability. Special capabilities include forming of all thermoplastic materials, including those which are static dissipative, require unusual dielectric constants, those used in high or low temperature situations, with a full range of fire ratings and UV resistance
