Simulation Designs (India) Private Limited (SDIPL) is an AS9100 certified company for aerospace components.
We are manufacturer of high precision-machined components and assemblies for space, defense programs, communications and medical Industries. Our new ‘EOU Factory’ has the latest machines from Germany and USA. We can make the most complex and difficult jobs now being done on Europe and USA. We are making components for satellites and commercial aircraft programs of Boeing and Airbus, through Tier I suppliers.
We have been graded as a manufacturer of ‘Flight components’, which require very high standards of precision, surface finish and other tolerances such as flatness, perpendicularity, concentricity, etc. We have highly motivated, skilled and result oriented team of 70 employees. Our team has machined components from the most demanding materials including Titanium, Stainless steel, Inconel, Carbon steels, Aluminum, Magnesium and other exotic materials
Presently our activities include: -
Fabrication of Hi-tech Aerospace, Satellite and Aircraft components.
Design and Manufacture of Jigs and fixtures for Aircraft and automobile industries.
Machining of high precision components for industrial equipment.
Some of the worlds leading companies such as Snecma-France, Comdev -Cananda, Circor-USA, France, are our customers.
