EBechtle LLC  is designing and building customized explosion proof diamond wire saws to cut roket motors, large ammunitions and other high flammable and explosive components and materials.

The diamond wire saws can be stationary or mobile.

The equipment can be operated from a local panel or a remote panel in safe distance to the diamond wire saw.

Different drive concepts are available (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).

The cutting process generates basically no heat and the temperature increase during the cutting process is less than 15 degree Celsius.

EBechtle LLC furthermore provides non-destructive testing euipment (X-ray, ultrasonic, eddy current) as well as test benches for functional and dimensional testing of components and assemblies.

Our automated systems can take care of the assembly, testing and packaging of your products.

All our systems are practical oriented turn-key solutions. Solutions which are in the market for more than 20 years.
