Northstar is a fully integrated end-to-end designer and manufacturer of high technology metal based products, with a diversified customer, market,and product base. Product manufacture and R&O include flight critical gears, gearboxes, rotor heads, rotor shafts and dynamic flight components for helicopters, gearboxes for gas turbine engines. Manufacturing process capabilities are facilitated by the use of unigraphics workstations and include tool design, heat treatment, plating, gear grinding, precision machining, fabrication, non- destructive testing and assembly. Northstar is certified to ISO 9001:2000, SAE AS 9001A and has Nadcap accreditation to AS 7003
