Radian Communication Services was formed in February 2001 as a result of a strong partnership between three Canadian companies: LeBlanc Ltd., BMS Communication Services and Onex Corporation. Radian and its predecessors have been major suppliers of towers and communication site services to the domestic and international marketplace for over 40 years. Radian is primarily engaged in the design, supply and installation of antenna support and radiating towers, as well as turnkey site development. Through the RF Services Division, the company provides installation services as well as design and testing of complete antenna systems.
