Hi-Tec Systems provides engineering, research, management and IT services for air traffic modernization, as well as homeland security and defense. Nearly 100 employees around the world specialize in aviation safety and aviation security, serving many clients in the Federal Aviation Administration and Transportation Security Administration. Tribhuvan Singh, President and CEO, founded Hi-Tec in 1995 after a corporate career with Fortune 500 companies. The U.S. Small Business Administration selected Singh as 2006 New Jersey Small Business Person of the Year and 2005 New Jersey Minority Small Business Person of the Year. In 2005, the company was named to the Inc. 500, Washington Technology Fast 50, and as finalist for the national Corporate Stewardship Award given by U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Hi-Tec Systems also won the Air Traffic Control Association's 2005 Small and Disadvantaged Business Award.
