4.Novembar is founded in 1982 as a subsidiary to KRUSIK Valjevo. The factory possesses know-how and production facilities for turning, milling, grinding and mechanical treatment by deformation, heat treatment, surface coating and protection, product control in chemical laboratories, test station and 3d-measuring laboratory, as well as specialized mounting and dismounting of products.
