CEL started business in 1949 under the name Chop Eng Lee. It was subsequently incorporated as CEL Tractors Pte Ltd on 19th Dec 1972. We are distirbutors of Spare Parts for all major brands of Construction and Heavy Equipment, Forklifts, Diesel Engines, etc.
