The Office for Science and Technology Consulation, forerunner to the DOIT, was founded in 1979 in accordance with the "Science and Technology Program" for the purpose of enchancing industrial technology. The primary mission of DOIT is to implement the TDP to enchance industrial technology and accelerate the upgrading of industry.
