The IIC, a consulting firm focusing on eastern Germany, offers free-of-charge investment advice and project management services to international companies that are interested in capitalizing on the economic advantages eastern Germany possesses for global business success.
Founded in 1996, the IIC's stakeholders are the German Federal Government and the six eastern German states.
The IIC acts as a link between investors, industries, and the government in eastern Germany. Our services include providing assistance in areas such as strategy planning, market research, competitive data compiling, location assessments, site visits and selection, partner identification, financial incentives advising, resourcing human capital, general negotiations, permit applications and overall project management.
