In 1987, LINKTRONIC started working for the Chilean Armed Forces. Since then, they have developed and produced a variety of Air Surveillance Radars, Naval tactical radars, EW & ELINT Receivers, low noise receivers, automatic missile guiding systems, and several modern digital radar systems, GPR (Ground Penetrating radar) and IPR (Impulse Ice penetrating radar ). LINKTRONIC was involved with the modernization of Chile's two Oberon class submarines. LINKTRONIC also participated in the development of the TVG-1 short range TV missile guidance system. Lately has delivered the new deigned digital radar for the 992 Naval Tactical radar repalacement, as well as several Radar TV & TV automatic coastal surveillance systems for the Navy
