Established in 1987, MiKES is specialized in design, development, manufacturing and life cycle support of Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems.
MiKES’ major products are as follows:
- MiDAS (MiKES Integrated Defensive Aid System): Integrated Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) and RF Jammer System
- SPREAD (Self PRotection Expendables Airborne Dispenser): Counter Measures (Chaff & Flare) Dispensing System - CMDS
MiKES has been providing EW Systems for all the fighters of the Turkish Air Force (TUAF) and helicopters of the Turkish Armed Forces (TAF). These systems have been proven through tests and use by the TUAF and TAF to address the stringent operational requirements. MiKES provides Electronic Warfare Support Center Laboratories together with the necessary training. In addition, starting from requirements analysis, MiKES designs/develops various automated support/test systems utilizing GPIB, VXI, PXI and LXI basis, or other as may be required.
MiKES facility has 7000 m2 (2000 m2 being offices, 5000 m2 being production and laboratories) closed area including TEMPEST protected software lab. Facility and the procedures are approved for the NATO SECRET Level Clearance.
MiKES’ Quality System complies with the NATO and Military Standards.
