Satori Air Services Inc. (Transport Canada AMO 30-89) was founded in November 1985 as TEAM Inc., a subsidiary of TEAM SA in France. Initially servicing operators flying Team SA equipment on Airbus and ATR, the firm expanded its customer base throughout the years to include all types of fixed-wing operators, helicopter and overhaul companies, as well as private owners.
