SAPA consists of two divisions, one for civil and another for defence products. The defense material division is specialised in manufacturing, maintenance and upgrading of Anti-Aircraft Artillery Systems, viz., 40 mm calibre/L70 Anti-Aircraft Cannon Systems made under licence from BOFORS, and 20 mm calibre /L120 and 35 mm/L90 Anti-Aircraft Cannon Systems under licence from and in collaboration with OERLIKON CONTRAVES, A.G.
