Stork PWV BV is located in Amsterdam and is specialised in project management, systems engineering and logistic management for complicated development and testing programs as well as for production and in-service support projects. Stork PWV is a large shareholder of Artec GmbH, which is domiciled in Munich and is in charge of managing the development of the new generation mid-size multi-role armoured vehicles, named Boxer, on behalf of the German and Dutch government authorities. The Boxer is a modern 8x8 vehicle that, due to its modular construction, can be used for a wide range of dedicated mission profiles. Its terrain mobility, its modular armour and its extensive suit of counter-measures enable the Boxer to operate under the most severe war-conditions. State-of-the-art technology provides excellent characteristics with respect to availability and maintainability.
