Stork Special Products B.V. (Stork SP) is responsible for a number of defence-related activities. They focus is on development, new building, repair, maintenance and overhaul of Power packs, engines, transmissions and Environmental Control Systems (ECS; air-conditioning and collective NBC protection) Current projects are: * Mine hunters and submarines (A-RUB diesel engine; anti-magnetic, low noise, shock resistant and low Nox) * Leopard 2 main battle and recovery tanks * PzH 2000 NL (howitzer) * Boxer (multi role armoured vehicle) * CV90 (Infantry fighting vehicle). The activities are executed on the basis of licences from the original designers and manufacturers and on own design (OEM).
