AMPER Programas is a Spanish company whose share capital is 51 % owned by the Spanish group AMPER and 49 % by the French group THALES. AMPER Programas with its 289 employees plays a major role in the Spanish defence market. In particular APEC can be considered as the leading Spanish company in the CIS field. AMPER Programas is the company within the AMPER Group responsible for all activities related to Spain’s Ministry of Defense and Navaids, AMPER PROGRAMAS DE ELECTRÓNICA Y COMUNICACIONES, S.A. was incorporated on 26th June, 1989. According to its Articles of Association set forth in the deed of incorporation, its main corporate purpose consists of research, development, manufacture, installation, technical service and commercialization of civil and military communications and electronic systems and equipment.
