DaimlerChrysler Nederland B.V. is a fully-owned subsidiary of DaimlerChrysler AG and is responsible for the marketing, sales and service for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars and commercial vehicles, Unimog, Maybach, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and smart in the Dutch market. The current organisation in the Netherlands arose out of the merger between the former Mercedes-Benz Nederland B.V. and Chrysler Nederland B.V. on 6 September 1999.
