Genius Klinkenberg specialises in the manufacturing and assembly of custom-made and build-to-print components, systems and machinery. Our markets are the international Aerospace and Defence Industry and specific Civil markets for high-end mechanical engineering products and installations. Both as series production and as one-off projects. We have in-house capabilities in machining, welding and assembly and experience with a wide range of material, amongst which armoured steel, high alloy aluminium and inconel.
Next to a high level of expertise in the fields of metalworking, special welding and manufacturing engineering, our added value comes with project management, documentation, logistics, configuration control, etcetera. This expertise is shared with our customer’s specific know-how and requirements to guarantee efficient, tailor-made solutions and products. Our strategy is to grow where these qualifications can be added to the reliable supply of high quality products.
Genius Klinkenberg offers one-stop-shop solutions including development, project management and supply chain optimisation and control. We are ISO 9001-2008, AS9100 and AQAP 2120 certified. We have welding certifications for armoured steel and armoured aluminium and are certified by Boeing as a Centre of Excellence on Lean Manufacturing and Quality control. We have an extensive outsourcing network from design engineers to low-cost parts manufacturers.
