European Pneumatic Component Overhaul & Repair B.V. (EPCOR B.V.) formerly established as a joint-venture agreement between Hamilton Sundstrand, a United Technologies Company, and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, has been taken over for 100% ownership by KLM per 30th June 2005. EPCOR operates within the KLM/ AF group as an independent MRO repair station. Due to this position EPCOR will keep the benefits of a flexible customer oriented organization, while at the same time making use of the market forces generated by AF and KLM. This is an advanced step forward in continuing the success in growth and performance. EPCOR’s 44,000 square feet pneumatic component repair facility is located in close vicinity to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol in The Netherlands and has a committed team of approx 65 people.
