Abu Dhabi Airport Company (ADAC) has received the mature surveillance data analysis tool RAPS-3 for maintenance activities at airports of the Emirates.
Abu Dhabi Airport Company (ADAC) - operating and maintaining airport facilities according to world-class standards - purchased COMSOFT's versatile ASTERIX test and reference tool RAPS-3. The widely applied reference system will support ADAC in maintaining the Emirate's radar systems.
RAPS-3 is a highly customisable tool based on a portable platform. Its unmatched capability to validate, filter, convert, generate and simulate any kind of surveillance data has promoted its usage among a variety of bodies of the aviation sector that handle radar data such as air navigation service providers, maintenance providers as well as radar manufacturers. Ever since its market launch the versatile test tool has experienced an unremitting increase in popularity and associating sales figures and is unsurpassed in terms of reliability, extend of customisability and variety of features.
A comprehensive training course accompanied the package for the new customer in the Middle East who is in good company in the region: the GCAA of Abu Dhabi, the CAA of Qatar and the GACA of Saudi Arabia also selected the RAPS-3 system as their test tool of choice.
